Application requirements:
1. Residence of this city for more than 4 months
2. Less than 1/3 of family members have the ability to work and the average income per person is less than the minimum living standard.
3. The savings of 4 family members should be less than $300,000, every additional family member can add $50,000
4. The land and building value of hole family is less than $2,600,000
5. Own an automobile more than 4 years old with development of 1,600CC

2. Household income certificate issued by Ministry of Finance

Low Income Family Children Living and Education Allowance
Application requirements:
1. Fit in with any of the following situation:
(1) Parents are unable to raise their children due to unemployment, sickness, imprison or other unresisted reasons.
(2) Parents are divorced or one of the parents is dead. The single parent must gives up job to take care of the child.
(3) Both parents are dead and foster parent can not afford the living of the child.
(4) Illegitimate child raised by biological mother. Resident under 18 years old.
2. Average monthly family income per person is less than 2.5 times of the minimum living standard.
3. Total family savings including investments should be less than $1,200,000, an additional member can be added $180,000.
4. The total value of land and building should be less than $6,500,000.

1. Household registration certificate
2. Household income certificated issued by Ministry of Finance
3. Photocopy of student ID

Medium-Low Income Single Family Children Living and Education Allowance
Application requirements:
1. Fit in one of the following situation
(1) One of the parents is dead or parents are divorced. The single parent is taking care of the child individually.
(2) Illegitimate child raised by biological mother and the mother is taking responsibility of the child’s living expenses.
(3) Illegitimate child adopted by biological father and raised by single parent.
(4) One of the parents is missing and the case has been reported to the police for more than 6 months and is still ongoing.
(5) One of the parents is sentenced to be imprisoned for more than 1 years and the parents is serving the sentence.
(6) One of the parents is intentionally giving up their child.
(7) The child is adopted by a single person.
2. The low income single family must be the resident of the city for more than 2 years with children under 18 years old.
3. Total family savings including investments should be less than $1,200,000, an additional member can be added $180,000.
4. The total value of land and building should be less than $6,500,000.
