Physical Reexamination of Soldier
Application requirement: Standing or substitute soldier with first or second grade. Required documents:
1. “For Military Service” diagnostic certificate issued by public or private hospital
2. Citizen ID card and personal seal
3. The authorized person needs to bring citizen ID card and personal seal
